Charles Moore, a graduate of Southern University and CEO of Alliance Certified Restoration knows a thing or two about building from the ground up. After honing his skills as a carpenter in his father’s contracting company, Charles pivoted to become an accomplished property claims adjuster. But his entrepreneurial spirit wouldn’t rest for long. Teaming up with his business partner, in 2010, Charles co-founded Alliance Certified Restoration, steering the company to success through shrewd business strategies rooted in over 20 years of hands-on restoration experience. As Alliance expands into environmental and demolition work, Charles continues to ensure smooth operations and the highest standards of business ethics, principles and practices.
Michael Burns

With over 30 years of experience, Michael Burns is a restoration industry veteran and is COO of Alliance Certified Restoration. . In 1988, Mike started his career as a water technician for a major restoration company. He continued to advance his career by getting certified in multiple disciplines of the restoration business. Deciding to take his expertise as a restoration technician to the next level, Mike began to solicit work for the company he was employed and proved to be a master salesman. He was promoted to project manager and became one of the company’s leading salesmen. Noticing the lack of diversity in the restoration business, Mike decided that he could make a positive impact by running his own company and teamed up with his like-minded business partner in 2010 and co-founded Alliance Certified Restoration. Mike led the company’s demolition, water mitigation and environmental service projects. Today Mike is the senior executive who is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of Alliance. Under his leadership, Alliance has become a trusted name in Environmental Services.
Eddie Ross
Operations Manager/
Eddie Ross is the Operations Manager of Alliance Certified Restoration. With over two decades of experience, Eddie is a leader in the construction/ environmental industry. After becoming an Industrial Hygienist in 1997, he quickly rose through the ranks to become the Director of Field Operations for a major environmental company. Eddie joined Alliance Certified Restoration in 2023. He has implemented systems that focus on efficiency, cost reduction, employee safety and customer satisfaction which has driven & supported growth in sales and labor production. Armed with an array of certifications and licenses, Ross provides effective risk management and steadfast leadership. He is a key player propelling Alliance Certified Restoration into the future.
